SIZE GUIDE

*Most of the pants Helly Hansen Workwear Sizes C and D can be extended by undoing a seam at the lower hem.

The scale ranges from 1 to 4, with 4 being the highest level of waterproofing according to the EN 343:2019 standard. This means that the material has demonstrated excellent resistance to water penetration, even under high pressure.

1: This second number refers to the level of water vapor resistance (breathability) of the garment. The scale ranges from 1 to 4, with 4 being the highest level of breathability. In this case, a value of 1 indicates a low level of breathability. This means that the garment may not allow body moisture (sweat) to escape easily, which could lead to a feeling of dampness inside during intense or prolonged activities.

X: The final letter indicates the result of an optional rain resistance test conducted from above on a rain tower. An "R" would mean that the garment passed this test. An "X" means that this specific test was not performed on the garment or that it was not required for certification.

In summary, EN 343:2019 4, 1, X means that the garment offers the highest level of protection against water penetration (very waterproof) but has a low level of breathability and its resistance to rain from above has not been tested.
