Antistatic and slip-resistant medical clogs SRA EN 20344 ODEN CLOGS. It seemed almost impossible to improve our most comfortable and slip-resistant model, but after hard work, we have succeeded.
We present the new Oden Antistatic, which not only offers comfort and safety while walking but also provides greater protection against static electricity.
Depending on various work environments, certain conditions can arise such as very dry air, high temperature, numerous electrical devices, synthetic clothing, and wooden or carpeted floors that accumulate static electricity within the body. If a conductive object is touched, there is an electric discharge, resulting in an uncomfortable sensation in the body.
Oden is now available in an ANTISTATIC version, according to EN ISO 20344:2011, 5.10, which allows the charge to dissipate through them, meaning they are conductors within certain margins. The upper limit prevents electrostatic accumulation, and the lower limit provides protection in the event of accidental electrical contact.
This clog is the most versatile model from CLOGS®. It reduces muscle fatigue and physiologically contributes to boosting blood circulation. It features a textured insole and ventilation holes. ANTISTATIC DISSIPATIVE footwear should be used for better protection when it is necessary to minimize electrostatic accumulation through charge dissipation. It is slip-resistant SRA according to EN ISO 20347, on both dry and wet surfaces.
Additionally, it has a rubber sole that offers greater resistance to abrasion and wear, providing a longer lifespan for the slip-resistant characteristics of the footwear.

This standard focuses on aspects such as slip resistance, energy absorption in the heel area, chemical resistance, and durability. Its aim is to ensure that the footwear meets minimum standards that protect the health and well-being of workers in various work conditions.
- EN 20344:2011, specifically in its section 5.10, refers to the slip resistance requirements for professional and safety footwear. It establishes the tests that must be conducted to evaluate the footwear's grip on various surfaces, ensuring that the shoes provide good traction and reduce the risk of falls in work environments. This section is crucial for ensuring the safety of workers, especially in sectors where the risk of slips is high.
