Replacement of Protective Screen Dark Lens 400 mm with EN166 standard COFAN 11000195

Replacement for protective screen with dark glass. Face shields are designed to protect the individual's face from any contact or splashes. This universal replacement can be adapted to any protective screen and can be reused once cleaned with water or disinfectant. Thanks to its design, it is very easy to mount on the protective screen. It features an anti-fog system that provides better visibility.

NORMS

- The EN 166 standard is a European standard that establishes the minimum safety requirements and the tests that eye protectors must pass to ensure the protection of workers' eyes in different work environments. This standard covers aspects such as mechanical resistance, protection against impacts from high-speed particles, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, protection against splashes of liquids and chemicals, among others.

AREA AND LIMIT OF USE

The two facial screen replacements do not have specific uses. They are also designed to withstand an impact similar to that of a ball weighing 8.86 grams at a speed equivalent to 45m/s (symbol 'F'). The screens do not have specific filtering actions.

REFERENCE OF VERIFIED SPECIFICATIONS

This certificate has been issued in accordance with the essential health and safety requirements described in Annex II of Directive 89/686/EEC applicable to PPE of that category and to the specifications of the European standard EN 1731 'Eye and face protection, for industrial or non-industrial use, for protection against mechanical risks and/or against heat'. The results are recorded in the examination report I’INRS 95YE 11611.
