LIMITATIONS

The equipment is intended to be used as an anchoring point, either with an energy absorber or a retractable fall arrester or with a positioning rope for restraint. The anchoring point should not be used for loads or any other use that is not for a fall protection device. This product is designed for use by one person.

IMPORTANT

Training must be provided without exposing the student to danger. Training should be repeated periodically.

SERVICE LIFE

The estimated service life of the beam anchor is unlimited. The following factors may reduce the product's service life: intensive use, contact with chemicals, particularly aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or improper use and maintenance. The mandatory annual inspection will validate the correct functioning of the equipment. It is mandatory that the equipment be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In the event of a fall arrest, the equipment must be removed from use.
