Rescue winch for confined space (for tripods TRIP1 and TRIP2) IRUDEK TRN1

The rescue winch must be used together with an automatic fall arrest device (EN 360 standard) to become a fall protection system.

Designed with galvanized steel cable of Ø6.3mm, to lower or raise a person or material in confined spaces. It features an automatic safety brake that locks in case the lever is released to prevent uncontrolled descent of the user. The winch easily mounts onto the tripod leg. Compatible with TRIP1 and TRIP2 tripods.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

-Store the equipment in an area free of corrosive elements and excessive heat.

-Avoid use in areas containing high concentrations of ammonia.

-When used in humid environments, conduct inspections more frequently.

-Avoid use with acids or other chemicals.

-Clean the exterior with water and soap and let it air dry. Do not use harmful chemicals.

-Do not attempt to lubricate, adjust, or modify any part or component of this unit.

USEFUL LIFE

The estimated useful life of the equipment is unlimited. The following factors may reduce the product's lifespan: intensive use, contact with chemicals, especially aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or improper use and maintenance. The mandatory annual inspection will validate the correct functioning of the equipment. It is mandatory for the equipment to be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In the event of a fall arrest, the equipment must be removed from use.

WARNING

-A fall arrest harness is the only acceptable body restraint device that can be used in a fall protection system. -The fall protection system must only be connected to the harness connection points that are identified with a capital "A". The identification "A/2" indicates that it is necessary to connect two connection points with the same identification at the same time. It is prohibited to connect the protection system to a single connection point identified with "A/2". -In harnesses with an integrated belt, the connection to equipment for positioning work must only be made to the lateral anchor rings of the belt. -Connection to the anchor point and other equipment must be made through carabiners in accordance with EN 362. -Before each use of the equipment, it must be carefully inspected to ensure it is in usable condition and functioning correctly. -During the pre-use check, it is necessary to carefully inspect all elements of the equipment to verify that they do not show signs of deterioration, excessive wear, corrosion, abrasions, UV radiation degradation, cuts, and misuse.
