Screwable base to the ground with a diameter of 300mm FLOOR MOUNT BASE IRUDEK

The screwable base with a diameter of 300mm is compatible with Davit-type systems and its design is suitable for fixed installation.

This base is designed to support the nominal working load of all standard Irudek Davits when installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

FEATURES

The structures selected for the installation of this sleeve must be capable of withstanding a minimum moment of 10,000 Nm and a vertical load of 22.2 kN.

The screws used to mount this base must be the "sleeve with threaded bushing HIS-N" model from the HILT brand, M12x125mm, and provide a minimum pull-out resistance of 17.8 kN per fastener in reserve after any initial tension applied during installation.

The drill bit diameter for drilling must be 22mm.

The ground mounting base of the PRO series is designed to be welded or bolted to a wide variety of structures, including steel decks and concrete surfaces.

The installer must confirm the product compatibility and the equivalence of the mounting requirements.
